We’re finally rolling…

It has taken us a while to get here. After a few false starts and a couple of major setbacks, we’re really excited to be making bagels for our friends again. We’re starting simple and making sure that we’re doing things the right way: by hand from great ingredients.

My family’s bakery beginnings:
The Heights Baking Company, Cleveland Heights, OH

We are proud to be a part of a multi-generational family of bakers, from seasoned professionals to home experiments. We began more than a decade ago when we attended culinary school in NYC. And after more than a decade baking and cooking at big-name restaurants and bakeries in NYC, we landed in Reno and were realized that we really missed bagels. So we decided to make (and share) them with our friends. When our corporate jobs fizzled out, we knew it was time to share them with the rest of Reno.

Ingredients Matter (a lot)

We work hard to source local ingredients and build lasting relationships with our local farmers. From eggs, dairy and produce from nearby producers to organic flour from Central Milling, we want to know where our food comes from and that it’s grown and harvested with care. It’s better for us and it just tastes better.
