WHAT WE DO
We spent the last year making Reno’s only organic, hand-rolled, malt-boiled bagels. In fact, we rolled more than 36,000 of them for you, not to mention all the cookies, coffee cakes, challahs, and other goodies. It was our pleasure to do so and it was meaningful the way you showed up for us. In the end, for personal reasons, we moved on to other things.
But we’re still here! And in the meantime, we’re available for baking classes, cooking classes, special orders, private cheffing, special events, and consulting. We’ll be publishing some recipes on the site and on Insta, and we hope you’ll stick around for all the fun stuff we have planned over the next few months.
